The name SMAART is an acronym for Sales, Marketing And All Real estate Transactions. The aim and mission statement is: To provide the highest degree of service, offer the best value and achieve the best result for every individual or organisation we have the privilege to do business with.

Founded in May 2009, by Jimmie Mok base on the long time practise and ongoing philosophy of Service Above Self - putting customers' wants and needs before self serving desires. By embracing this motto, we will maintain the support and loyalty of our customers and form relationships with new ones, consolidating the reputation for credibility and professionalism built up over two decades in the real estate business.
